Each Spring BAYS offers recreation (rec) lacrosse for girls from Kindergarten to 8th grade. An overview of the different programs for these age groups are listed below:
Scoopers (Kindergarten) $90 per season, no uniform required
Clinic level to learn the basics of girls lacrosse for our youngest players. Clinics will be held on Saturday mornings from 9-10:15am. Players will receive a reversible pinnie and appropriate coaching instruction each week.
Clinics will begin in March and finish before Memorial Day.
Sticklettes (Grade 1-2) $120 per season, no uniform required
In house teams (only play other BAYS teams) that practice at least 1 time per weekday and games on Saturdays at Broadneck Park. Games are refereed by their own coaches to provide maximum learning experience. No goalies, no score kept.
Practices will begin in early March and finish before Memorial Day.
Pee Wees (Grade 3-4) $140 per season, uniform required
County teams that practice 2 times a week and play games scheduled throughout the county. Goalies are introduced into the game and modified rules are used. No scores are kept to provide a quality learning experience for all players. We try our best to accomodate requests for carpool etc but requests are not guaranteed due to the complexity of creating teams that are appropriate in size/ages etc. Practices will begin in early March.
Middies (Grades 5-6) $140 per season, uniform required
All players will be evaluated in mid-to-late February at the Broadneck High School turf to determine the most appropriate level of recreational play. Choosing the appropriate level of play will ensure that players have the best experience in their rec season. No requests for coaches or buddies will be accepted. Playoffs will follow the regular season games in all divisions, hosted by AACO Parks and Recreation. Teams will practice at least 2 times per week and will play on a full field with modified rules determined by the county.
Juniors (Grades 7-8) $140 per season, uniform required

Fees:
$20 Late Fee after registration closing date
Refunds will incur a $10 processing fee prior to the creation of teams. Once teams are created, no refunds will be given unless it is due to injury/illness.
