County teams are formed each season and play within the Anne Arundel Youth Soccer Assocoation (AAYSA) league system. Team spaces are on a first-come-first-assigned basis.

Season/Commitment: Teams typically practice twice a week at the coach's choosing and have one game on Saturday (Fall season) and/or Sunday (Spring season). Spring Season :begins late March and the Fall Season begins mid-August. Most ages typically play on Saturdays in the fall and Sundays in the spring, while U12 plays on Friday evenings under the lights.

Fees:
• Player Registration :$140
• Uniforms: $60 (includes shorts, socks and jerseys, jerseys available in youth, adult, and women's sizes) New kits will be required for the Fall 2022 season and will be used through the Spring 2024 season.

Broadneck Soccer Club will field teams in the following age groups:

• Boys Under 8 (born in 2016)
• Boys Under 9 (born in 2015)
• Boys Under 10 (born in 2014)
• Boys Under 11 (born in 2013)
• Boys Under 12 (born in 2012)
• Boys Under 13 (born in 2011)
• Boys Under 14/15 (born in 2010 and after 9/1/2009)
• Boys Under 18: (high-schoolers born 2005 and before 8/31/2009).

• Girls Under 8 (born in 2016)
• Girls Under 9 (born in 2015)
• Girls Under 10 (born in 2014)
• Girls Under 11 (born in 2012)
• Girls Under 12 (born in 2012)
• Girls Under 13 (born in 2011)
• Girls Under 14/15 (born in 2010 and after 9/1/2009)
• Girls Under 18: (high-schoolers born 2005 and before 8/31/2009) - girls teams at this age play either 7v7 or 11v11 depending on what teams other clubs have registered in the county.

Shin guards and cleats are required for players of all ages. Ages U8-U12 a #4-size ball, and ages U13 and up a #5-size ball - if you bring your own soccer ball to practice, be sure it is the proper size and marked clearly with your child's name.

Tempo, Pelota and DST training: These will be conducted throughout the season. Signups will be sent out to all coaches.

Please consider volunteering to coach, assist or even help manage a team. BAYS is a volunteer-run organization, and without parents like you stepping up, our children would not be able to play. Practice Nights

Depending on age, teams practice one or two nights a week at one of the local Parks or Schools. If you have practice requests, include them in the comments section when registering; we try to accommodate these requests, but practice nights are at the coaches' choosing, as they are all volunteers, so we cannot guarantee what nights practices will be.
